1. Introduction
---------------
Numetrics Time is a Windows(R) Telephony monitoring utility.

This file is part of a complete product distribution that allows you
install the software on your system.

2. System Requirements
----------------------

Windows(R)95 or Windows(R)NT 4.0

3. Installation Information
---------------------------

If you already have Numetrics Time installed on your system, uninstall your
existing copy first (see Uninstall information).

Copy the files of this distribution to a floppy or a temp directory
on your system.

Run setup.exe and follow the instructions.

4. Uninstall Information
-----------------------------

Run Control Panel and select Add/Remove programs.

Select Numetrics Time and click the Add/Remove button.

Note:
The uninstall program DOES NOT remove the data files created by Numetrics Time.
To remove the data files manually:

Locate the program folder named during the installation procedure
(default is C:\program files\numetrics\time).

Delete the program folder.
